The New Castle-Henry County Public Library is excited to offer some additional services including access to computers, faxing and copying services and distribution of tax forms by appointment. 

“We know many of our community members rely on the library for access to computers, printing services, faxing, and tax information,” notes Janet Twigg, Reference Librarian. “By offering these vital services by appointment, we hope to continue to meet that need.”

Beginning May 20th there will be limited access to computers.  A few computers will be available by appointment for 1 hour sessions. Appointments will be available from 1-6 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays and 1-5 p.m. on Saturdays. Library staff will be available to assist patrons as needed.The computers are located at a distance from each other and will be cleaned between each use.There will be hand sanitizer available for patrons to use before and after a session. 

To make an appointment, contact the Reference Staff at 765-575-4550 or email at reference@nchcpl.org. Once you arrive for your appointment, call the curbside phone number (on the signs in the parking lot) to let us know you are here. A staff member wearing a facemask will greet you at the North entrance. All patrons using this service are asked to wear a facemask and hand sanitizer will be available. If you do not have a facemask, we will have masks available for you. 

Faxing, copying and printing services will also be available by appointment. Call the Circulation department at 765-529-0362 ext. 1341 to schedule an appointment. Tax forms may be picked up during Curbside Pickup hours. Restrooms, meeting rooms, and the library collections will remain closed to the public.
