How do I?

Your pin number is the last four digits of the phone number provided to us when you signed up for your library card or last updated your information.

If you know your pin, you can change it by logging into your account by going to “My Account” in the library catalog. Click on “Account Preference” and you will find a link to change your pin.

If you do not know your pin, there is a “Forgot your password?” link on the account login page.

Making a large donation? Call the library and arrange for a donation pick up. Donations will be given to Friends of the Library. Friends of the Library has a book sale room and hosts quarterly book sales. Proceeds from these sales directly benefit library projects.

We hope that you will find that most of your materials needs will be able to be filled through the Evergreen Indiana community. One benefit of Evergreen Indiana is the ability to simply place holds on materials regardless of location to be sent to you here at NCHCPL. If you are unable to find your item through Evergreen Indiana, you can stop at a service desk at the library and fill out a form to request the material that you need. Please keep in mind that we may not be able to get certain items such as new releases and DVDs through interlibrary loan.

If there is an item that is not in our collection that would be used by our community, we want to know. Please fill out a “Materials Request” form, available at any service desk at the library.
